Advisory Team

Chelsea Sims, LPCA
Chelsea, LPCA, an associate licensed mental health clinician dedicated to promoting emotional wellness and equitable access to mental health care. With experience supporting individuals through life transitions, and personal growth, she brings a trauma-informed and person-centered perspective to the board. Chelsea’s clinical insight helps to ensure that marketing and outreach strategies remain ethical, inclusive and grounded in the real needs of clients and communities.

Stephanie Anderson, APRN
Stephanie Anderson, DNP, APRN is an experienced advanced practice registered nurse at Yale University with extensive clinical and leadership expertise in patient care and health system operations. She brings clinical insight, evidence based strategy, and frontline perspective to Hendricks Consulting, strengthening program design and community health alignment.

Adam Johnson, LMSW
As an advisor, Adam helps guide Hendricks Consulting’s efforts to build stronger community health networks, expand training for community and outreach workers, and develop programs that address both mental and social well-being.
