Too many good programs exist — but the people who need them can’t find them, and the organizations offering them don’t get credit for the impact they’re making.

CommunityLink is a verified community resource network that allows:

  • Community members to find local help

  • Organizations to list services that give back

  • Certified partners to show their impact publicly

  • Trained community members to help vet and update resources

  • The platform focuses on what communities need most, including:

  • Free & reduced-cost healthcare services

  • Food access & nutrition support

  • Mental health & wellness services

  • Childcare, youth programs & education

  • Housing support & basic needs

  • Workforce training & community programs

CommunityLink is not a standalone listing site.
It is the activation layer of our Direct Impact Framework.

CommunityLink is for organizations that want to move beyond good intentions and into real, visible impact.

To be listed, organizations must first complete Direct Impact Certification, which ensures:

  • services are legitimate and appropriate

  • programs align with community needs

  • impact is intentional, not performative

  • listings can be trusted by the public

​

Once certified, organizations can:

  • Create a public CommunityLink profile

  • List free or reduced-cost services

  • Be discovered by community members

  • Participate in community activations

  • Connect with other impact-driven organizations

​

​For Community Members & Impact Contributors

CommunityLink also empowers individuals who want to help.

​

Community members can:

  • Use the directory to find local support

  • Share resources they know about

  • Help verify listings

  • Participate in community pulse checks

  • Spread awareness of available services

Through our Certified Community Resource Specialist (CCRS) training, individuals can formally support the platform by helping keep information accurate and accessible.
